A Saturday morning and up at 6, still, annoyingly, ill...
Views re my coffee trip...
Podcast uploaded...
The neighbour's garden reflected in Anne's tiger painting...
...and Anne, post breakfast, working on her latest work...
...which, at close of play, looked like this...
Upstairs, I was relaxing in the back room with a book and a CD...
In the main, reading about the contrast between the careers of John Coltrane and Ornette Coleman in the first half of the 1960's - soundtracked by a splendid not often enough listened to (as is the case with most of my discs) CD...
Bob arrived to look over his unmentioned handiwork from last week...
...and cleaned it up a bit...
In the afternoon, Anne was off to see Hearts lose their fifth game in a row and sixth from the last seven - Robbie Neilson will no doubt be sacked tomorrow...
Queens meanwhile scored another win, their first at Alloa for around eight years - they have now taken 16 of the last 18 points but next week's game is away at top of the league Dunfermline, who, six weeks ago today, were the last team to beat the Doonhamers...
We'll see...
Post a lovely Chinese from Wongs and some TV - quite possibly the new Season (4th and final) of "The Sinner" back to the computer to round off the day's listening...
...including new to me and recommended by Chris Schappert of Nashville, The Beths...
Lights out...

Hi, thanks for the kind words regarding Missy. She was a great and very long lived cat. Clint (her boy) is soldiering on, not sure how long he'll last but that's cat ownership (if you ever do own them).
Nice to hear you're still there for QOS, as a Pars fan I've been to quite a few games this season, both at home and by the seaside. TBH I'll be glad when the season is over so we can look forward to getting cuffed every other week in the next league.
Cheers to you both, no doubt we'll catch up once Ali has settled fully into her retirement mode.
John
