Up just after six...
...and started the day by listening to releases due this year from CBQ and my song based LP from a couple of Octobers ago, written and recorded in less than a week...
The sun was coming up...
...and was shin gin on my seat and The Shelf...

...and breakfast in a cosy onesie...
At lunchtime off to play football for the first time in a while...
My right knee was extremely sore after the three games played, all of which were won and a few goals scored and, while on goalie duty towards the end, re my knee, none let in (for a change)...
In the afternoon, "The Black List" and, possibly, some other stuff...
