Another Monday...

Lisening to the new songs recorded last week - this was quick work...

Along with new CBQ, the day was soundtracked by music released in 2012, the latest year for Twitter to consider as to the "best" 5 albums of the year...

I assembled my list of 100 (of the around 200 I have), and shuffled the playlist...

Anne was out most of today - firstly shopping with/for her mum, then, to the cinema with Keith and Maureen, to see "SuperNova"...

Back here, I was WFH...

However, I checked out the synopsis for the film and watched the trailer...

As Anne advised in her text to me as she made her way home, "heart-wrenching"...

So, in the arly evening, I gathered togetehr a suitable batch of samples and worked on a sixth piece, the lyrics of which are roughtly based on the "SuperNova" story - and so "The Songs He Wnats to Sing2 was created...

Sent it to Edward Spark for a first listen - he declared it the saddest thing I've done...

Hopefully he meant that in a good way!

Also this evening, a visit from Fang...

He hung around for a while...

...and fell asleep...

No football or tennis anymore so some "Good Girls" was enjoyed - also some further work on (now) the six news songs re listening and thinking and running order changing...

Lights out....

Highlight of the Day : New song...
