Up early...

Eventually, Anne was up and we headed to the shops...

Home and breakfasted...

Finished off the ripping of yesterday's haul...

At 12:30, off out to Ali and Julie's for a wee party re Harris's 1st birthday...

I think he wanted the bears form the cake...

..but he seemed to like the guitar we'd bought him...

Then, to my mum's, where we delivered some of the cake...

Home and some listening...

I was extremely tired and not feeling too well - fell asleep a few times...

Meanwhile Anne was cooking the last of our six monthly specialty curry dishes gifted to her for her birthday back in January by chums Debbie and Sid...

To be fair, I think this is probably better than a one year old's toy guitar as birthday presents go - but I'm sure Harris prefers the guitar...

In the evening, a "Good Girls" followed by a new thing, "Professor T", with Ben Miller, after which, I fell asleep and was feeling pretty grim - similar to the day after my second Covid jab...

And so, off to bed...
