The playlist for much of today was the first draft of the content for this weekend's podcast - ahead of the game for one...

For the second day in a row, a family birthday - yesterday was niece in law Tori's, to day great-nephew Harris was one...

A nice hot day for it...

I did not venture forth - my "things" remained untouched for the day...

Up early and, while I ought to have been listening to "Bastille Day" by Rush, I was working on my own stuff...

Very often, "working" is "merely" listening...

Harris's card and present await delivery, which will now take place on Sunday...

The squirrels and their friends entertained...

Home made coleslaw at lunchtime...

...with salmon on toast...

Keralan curry for tea - Anne is such a wiz re the old culinary skills...

This accompanied my washing up skills...

Coffee and a visit from a sleepy wee cat...

Brought the day to a close...

Highlight of the Day : My new music is still sounding ok...
