Up before the sun...

I'd forgotten it was Record Store Day...

So, I decided to stick out a limited edition CBQ release, Edward Spark's excellent remix of "Underground Like Dog McClure", coupled with a version for a live rehearsal back in 2019 - with added vinyl ambience...

Deleted it at midnight...

...and, then, to podcasting...

Despite Friday evenings being good and Sundays having their place, Saturday is undoubtedly, best day of the week...

I took a swift trip...

...to Davidson's Mains - both shops open today...

All of these from the Cancer Research shop, except the Mozart and the DVD...

They were supposed to be 4 for a pound but the young lad charged me the label prices - but what the heck, it was for charity...

No time to rip yet but a swift listen to a couple...

...before we headed down the hill and took a bus to Haymarket for a nice lunch at Pomo...

Bruschetta starter not pictured...

Mains were also very good...

...followed by a walk back towards home...

...passing a cricket match at Murrayfield...

...and then a bus to the Terminus...

...past the little library someone has erected...

Back home, the ripping commenced - the first CD, Best of Sade - was already in the collection  - oops...

These were not...

...and later on, this, already downloaded on ordering on Thursday, arrived too...

In the evening, we watched the other (unpictured) DVD I'd bought this morning, "Red", the predecessor to last night's "Red 2", which had been on the Tivo box since 1 January 2020 - different times indeed...

Another enjoyable romp...

Lights out around midnight...

Highlight of the Day : Put for lunch with Annie Milannie...
