Rehearsing for the 17th then, over to Jane and Bob's, with Anne, to pick up Olly for his Xmas treat...

A drive to Dumfries to Palmerston Park, where toasties were enjoyed...

...before we headed to the stand for today's game...

Queens were taking on league leaders Dundee Utd - pre match team pics were on offer...

...before the players took to the pitch...

...Queens were captained, of course, by Stephen Dobbie...

The view from the office this afternoon...

Shortly after Dobbie set up Hamilton with an unmissable sitter, which he missed, Dundee Utd scored with a simple header from a corner...

0-1 at half time... 

Out for the second half and unfortunately, QoS could just not get that equaliser...      

So another loss - a draw would have been a fairer result...  

Into the car and a drive back to Biggar and the Taj-tastic Taj Mahal for the second part of Olly's treat...

Yumtastic...

Then, the final drive home, taking Olly back to his family and enjoying coffee and chat before heading back to base, where this was behind the door...

Another good day for the beast, despite its demeanor...
