A monring spent kind of getting ready for an afternoon of rehearsals...

...and finally making into the Rheostatics T Shirt I bought at their gig at the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto almost 4.5 years ago...

The afternoon was spent rehearsing with the band for the gig on the 17th, including teaching them yet another Velvet Underground song plus three very simple Eno songs, which will take our set to the required 50 minutes without introducing any of the populist tat which is in Capital Models' usual set as this will be a CBQ gig, featuring said Models...

I didn't spring the learning session on them until the break...

But they all took to the new stuff and, by the end of the day we had the makings of another four good numbers...

Post rehearsal, out to visit my mum, including a pre visit shop for her provisions...

She continues to do well in her 90th year on the planet...

Back home for a late tea and some telly, before editing today's session to let the guys hear it al prior to reconvening on Tuesday...

It's quite good being in a band when it goes like this...

While I was out, Anne started her new art work...

A long way to go, with some extremely small areas...

Highlight of the Day: Singing some Eno songs...
