Up early...
...and working on the computer on a new track...
...which ended up being called "Can I Speak to One of You", based around the opening bass synth line from the last of the three Creek tracks that Creeker Craig sent to me a few weeks ago now...
The final version (from this morning that is) was deemed very good indeed by him...
Breakfast at home...
Then, more work on the track before dismantling the equipment for today's rehearsal out at Roslin - back to a five piece with keyboarder Paul making a welcome return...
...along with the rest of the guys...
At half time, a small slice of cake and some coffee, before pushing on...
22 tracks played, including the longest version yet of "Mrs Robinson...
To my mum's post practice and abstained from biscuits...
...but took a snowball home for Anne...
And mum enjoyed hers...
...but not my badgering of her to stop moaning that she can't get to places and just get a taxi...
She's obviously fed up hearing this mantra...
Hell mend her...
Eventually, she gave me a thumbs up for her internet fans rather than any change in her position re the use of taxis...
Home for a very tasty Spag Bog...
...and then, a rebuild of the music place...
...more work on the new track and some telly, now long forgotten...
