Up early, listening to the excellent Neal Morse and ripping the new acquisitions...

Listening to The Wire Tapper 41 led me to regret not having all the missing Wire Tappers since my cancellation of the subscription to the magazine quite a few years ago now...

Consequently, I am "watching" a few on E-Bay...

Walked to the grocery store and back re provisions for breakfast with Anne...

I do like an egg...

..and lashings of coffee...

...and toast and marmalade...

..and the Puffin cups...

And here are some flowers and other nice stuff adorning the house at present...

A quite lovely day, spent inside listening to new music and watching (via that Interweb) Hearts and Queens both win, 1-0 and 2-0 versus Dundee and Ayr respectively...

Anne saw Hearts' nerve wracking win live at Tynecastle...

Finally worked out the chords for the music to the new CBQ song "I Have Lost My Spark"...

These are they - Am, F, C, Em, F#m, D, A, C#m...

Meanwhile I noted a milestone about to be reached...

Funny how humans confer significance on particular numbers, when they really have none...

After some time spent bating Beatles fans on the Fleecebook and the Twitter about how the band was nowhere near as good or indeed as influential as said fans believe (following on from a conversation with Dr Prog during the drive home yesterday), I, rather ironically, added my 10,000th LP to my iTunes...

Outside, Fang the Black Cat was about and around...

...and almost visited...

This is the view that entices a squirrel...

This, said squirrel...

Very tasty pasta for tea, with some cheeky red wine accompanying...

"Iron Man 3" enjoyed on the Tivo, followed by new Danish series "Department Q"...

That's a Saturday evening right there...

More listening to the new stuff then bed...

Highlight of the Day :  Music...
