Up early and working on CBQ stuff after yesterday's being on a roll...
Some work re short wave radio and soundscapes...
And a new DAW downloaded, Traktion 5...
We'll see...
This was today's random selection - played it as Anne arose...
Breakfast at home...
A record played...
Anne was off to see Hearts thrashed 5-0 by, now, champs for the 6th time in a row Celtic...
At Crispycat Studios, the work was much less fruitful than yesterday...
So it goes...
This evening round to jane and Bobby's to pick up Olly - we were off to Murrayfield...
...to...
...the ice rink...
...for tonight's play off between Edinburgh Capitals and Kirkcaldy Kestrels...
It was 5-5 after last week's game in Fife...
Always excitng to see hockey live...
This the destination of the puck at one point...
Arty shot of the lights...
There were multiple sendings off...
And eight goals...
...and injuries...
..and more sendings off...
...and fights...
...and near misses...
..and hot chocolate and chicken soup for the boy - who had underestimated the cold of the ice...
Edinburgh's man of the match had to be their sub goalie - who stopped countless shots...
...more sendings off...
...including Olly's adopted fave, Mr Scoon...
In the end Kirkcaldy won 5-3 - but one of Edinburgh's players was left bleeding - so who were the moral victors...
Of course that counts for nothing in sport...
Handshakes all round...
Edinburgh out...
The boy returned home and we enjoyed episode 2 of "Line of Duty"...
A good day...
Highlight of the Day : Hockey...

Nice to see the ice rink with new lights. I spent a lot of Sunday nights there for the Evening News. The lighting was always a nightmare. Still don't understand the rules. Not a scooby.
