This week's podcast, uploaded, published and being listened to over the net...

A trip to Fopp at lunchtime and two purchases...

A 2CD best of by masters of Dub, Sly & Robbie...

...and a 5CD set of French pop over the decades...

Meanwhile, back home, these had arrived...

Two discs of piano music...

..both featuring Helmut Lachenmann...

...along with this DVD of the German composer at work - which I wil no doubt have to watch on my own at some point...

A quick listen to Fraulein Kessel before heading out for a nice night out with the Exec Producer...

We drove over to the Howgate...

It was good to be there for once on our own - usually it's the venue for various family gatherings...

Cullen Skink and Brie Parcel to start...

Steak in a pepper suace and Lamb T-Bones for mains...

Yum...

Coffees and out into the night for the drive home - soundtracksed by hits across the decades...

"Line of Duty", "The Goldbergs", "Big Bang Theory" and "Brooklyn Nine Nine" took care of the rest of the evening...

A good day...

Highlight of the Day : A lovely quiet dinner with my lovely wife in lovely surroundings...
