Merry Xmas everybody...

Buy my new LP...

Or not...

Up to you, I don't really mind!

Restraint was shown this morning as we listened to the best Xmas EP in the world...ever and, before opening any presents, enjoyed our breakfast...

Then, soundtracked by this year's "best of", in the form of the annually compiled for the Exec Producer "Milano Jukebox", the booty was revealed...

I now need to acquire a Blu-Ray player...

Outside, the wildlife added to the Xmassiness...

The resourceful wood pigeon had worked out that if it hung around under the squirrel, food from the bag would drop to the ground...

A peaceful day...

But not for long, as Alice Cooper was very much enjoyed...

In 1977, when I received "The Alice Cooper Show", I never dreamt that, 37 years later, I'd be receiving another live album by my all time fave artist...

He gets better with age...

To my mum's at three to take her over to nephew Andy's for Xmas Dinner...

Also in attendance Andy's lovely wife Tori and her mum Jane, dad Gordon and sister Louise, my sister Sheila and her husband, Senior...

An excellent meal from Tori...

...complete with moving table decorations...

Well done Tori, take a bow!

...and cheers Andy...

Senior served himself tea, cheese and biscuits pre pudding - of which the Exec Producer and I did not partake, being already full to overflowing with Xmas Fayre...

Later on, nephew Ali and his lovely girlfriend Julie arrived with more presents...

New clothes seemed to be very much the norm for the day...

Andy did some tinkling of the ivories...

...and the evening concluded with a long drawn out but very enjoyable quiz - Ali was the quizmaster and each team comprised two or three people, each with a short snappy name that needed to be shouted out instead of using buzzers...

Balls, Dicks, Tits, Bums and Oldies...

In the end, a three way draw between the Tits, the Balls and the Oldies was declared...

We left after eleven, by which time the temperature was below zero and much scraping of ice from the car was required before we could take mum home...

Home just before midnight, at which point "Miranda" was enjoyed...

Xmas over - until tomorrow...

Highlight of the Day : It was Xmas...
