Up late today and, finally, started keeping this up to date again (see yesterday's entry) - but, of course, some 23 days remain unwritten and that will "need" to be addressed when I get a chance...

Scenes...

Today's randomly chosen section of the CD collection was No 87, a box from Steve Hillage to Horse....

I chose discs by Holger Hiller, which still sounded fresh over 20 years on, Roger Hodgson, who can’t help but sound like Supertramp; and Home’s 1973 concept LP, with its Wishbone Ash and AC/DC connections…

Nice...

Luna was getting herself acquainted with the new surroundings...

...and soon chose her spot - where she remained for the entire day, not emerging until Anne came back from working in that Fife...

1971 was reduced to this Top Ten...

...which soundtracked the day (along with tracks from my LPs of the month for the last year), along with today's Section choices...

A visit to artist and printing expert, Kev re some work I'm trying to do on a digital painting created back in 2013 re my Morphinecodex project...

This evening, a drive over to Eskbank and mum's new surroundings where she is supposed to receive intensive physio to get her back to independence and back home - we'll see...

Had to get new batteries for the remote for the TV in her "cell".  Her own mobile is goosed and she finds it impossible to navigate Sheila's old iPhone, so Sheila is securing a new simple mobile for her...

Anyway, we'll see...

Our chum Moira is also in hospital in that Glasgow so mum called her husband Lex to say hello and got their daughter Lindsay, whom I've known, like Lex and Moira, since around 1964 when we all met on holiday...

A good chat was had and, hopefully, Moira will be out and home tomorrow...

Back home for tea and Luna...

All four episodes of "D.I. Ray" were enjoyed in one sitting, which was very enjoyable and took us to almost midnight...

So, goodnight to the cat...

...and off to bed with stones in my ears...

Highlight of the Day : Mum in her latest place - let's hope it works...
