Right!  It's Monday 6 June and I'm trying to recall stuff to right this...

Well, looks like I was up late...

Lovely wee Luna was still here...

...and there was ripping and listening to be done re yesterday's Glasgow haul...

The Daily Section No 36/432 was Section 94...

...from Jethro Tull to Elton John....

I chose “A”, a Tull LP with which I’m not too familiar. It features Eddie Jobson, whose solo “Zinc” was my second choice; thirdly, a collection of covers Elton recorded, pre fame, for “Top of the Pops” LPs...

Out and into town, trouble walking re the toe but met with Dr Prog on Prices St and then we drove down to Ocean Terminal for the Record Fair there...

A couple of purchases were made...

A 2CD set of piano solos, loud and soft by James Rhodes..

...and a box of 5 LPs by kind of proto-metal trio Mountain...

Some brunch/lunch was enjoyed...

...and Mr CBQ performed a short improvised piece on this piano...

The Doc headed off for a long walk home while I tried to find my way back to the car park, noting these further pianos on the way...

Out to visit my mum, giving her lessons on how to use her new phone...

She seemed ok with that...

A new visitor on the path, too shy thought to come in...

...especially while Luna was still here...

Later on, post some telly, to bed with ELP...

Highlight of the Day : Anne home...
