We popped into Kitty's branch of Tesco for a few provisions but Kitty was not in today...
At the CHS shop, some items for just 50 of your new pence each...
Some lovely lute accompanied singing...
...and some Mahler symphonies - his symphonies are crying out for versions with the singing expunged IMHO...
To Stockbridge and the window of the Shelter shop indicated a big intake of tasty jazz but I forewent...
Instead, to Patisserie Florentin for lunch...
Croque Monsieur for me and a bacon and cream cheese bagel for the lady...

..which almost completed my Mahler symphonies set - although I am advised I "need" various renditions as Mahler often did not provide instructions and so each conductor puts their own stamp on the works...
I have two 5s, 7s and 8s but am missing 9...

Some telly enjoyed - I don't recall what, plus selections from these in honour of Mr Bowie's 75th - or what would have been his 75th had he not died almost 6 years ago...
