Sunday and, for the first time since March 2020, I slept beyond 8am...
Slightly overcast...
Ted was up but not about - he is not alive...
Cage remained in its packet...
Crispy was on the window ledge...
Out to do the weekly mum-shop...
...and home for an omelet based breakfast...
...and, following having listened in the car to a couple of tracks from the upcoming LP, a crisis of confidence was experienced and I set about remixing "Here We Go Again"...
...which took a lot longer, all told, than I'd expected...
A visit to my mum was included in the day's proceedings...
Turned out I had missed a few things from her list and had to do further shopping for her...
Such is the way...
Home and took a break from mixing and listened to this...
Finally, having finished for the day and being reasonably satisfied with the new "improved" version of the track, we watched the proms...
Three Mozart symphonies (his final three) played by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, including Anne's cousin Alison Green on the bassoon...
Lovely...
We probably also watched a few episodes of "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"....
