...and breakfast enjoyed...

...radio listened to, in what is becoming a Saturday morning habit...

Back to the record - these two both bought on 14 August 2016...

The Tippett CD was ordered the same day and the Adamus set was obtained via download that day too...

But enjoyed on vinyl, crackling a little, today...

Some tidying in the back room - this was obtained a year ago when Anne's mum moved house - she'd saved the cutting - I think it was from around 1993...

My comments re King Crimon (sic) seem to have been excised from the article...

Stuff put into the attic, where accidental art was found...

Out for a long walk...

Almost 2 hours later we were home, having covered around 4.5 miles...

Lunch was soup and toast, followed, a couple of hours later, by scones...

...and a nice CD delivered while we were out...

Post that listen, I spent a further two hours just relaxing in the back room, continuing with my Classical A-Z journey, finishing off "I" with this surprisingly excellent disc...

...and moving into "J" with this, also top notch...

  

Downstairs and "Grand Designs" was enjoyed with some wine, as the tea cooked and Fang paid a visit...

  

Up on his hind legs for goodies...

..and stayed longer than usual but still not long...

Lovely lamb casserole with a baked potato...

The day was rounded off with the film "The Sense of an Ending", starring Jim Broadbent...

Very good indeed...
