Internal views today...

Breakfast...

Anne's painting is coming along nicely...

Some chat on Twitter re Gentle Giant - these releases contain the same music but in a slightly different order...

Continuing to keep...

A visit from Fang - he slashed my leg to get me to give him food...

Today, some downloading from streaming site Qobuz - they offered 27 albums for free...

How could I refuse - it's Sunday as I write this though and I still haven't given any of them a listen...

It took almost all day to complete the download and it was interfering with my iTunes for some reason - so I was reduced to listening to...ulp...LPs...

Lunch was a tasty sandwich accompanied by "Father Brown" and, at 3, there were scones...

...followed by more LPs as I wWFH...

A CD arrived today too - an album long soundscape with percussion by Evelyn Glennie - interesting - gave it a listen in the early evening...

Then, upstairs, on the new backroom set up, some Roger Eno...

...before heading out for a short walk with recent classical acquisitions on shuffleplay...

...under good skies...

Back home in time for "Brooklyn Nine Nine" which keeps the spirits up...

We can't raise my mum at the hospital but are able to get updates from the staff...

She has been moved to a Covid ward as they now have three cases...

She's doing ok though and the leg infection remains more serious than the Covid...

So, all in all, it could be a lot worse...

Highlight of the Day : Playing some LPs...
