Overcast and raining this morning and so, internal views...

Today, I finished off T and moved on to U, V and W...

A call from my mum's carer...

She'd found mum on her stairlift, having had a turn, with a high temperature and having been sick...

An ambulance called and off to the infirmary - not the best ever time to go there, it has to be said...

The paramedics opined not a stroke and most likely an infection...

A call later from a doctor at A&E...

Anyone admitted with an infection goes to a Corona Virus ward post having had a test - until the results are known...

If it is Corona, mum will move to a Corona ward, if it's not, she'll go to a "normal" ward...

They said she had a persistent dry cough - something neither I nor Sheila had noticed...

It might well be mum's stupid cough reflex thing she's had for years about which the docs wouldn't know...

And, of course this and the high temperature (brought down simply in the house with paracetamol) were taken account of...

Hopefully she will not have the virus and will soon be back to this...

If she does have it, I have a couple of weeks to see if I have it too...

Strange times indeed...

A day of full on WFH was underway despite these developments...

A late lunch - tuna, sweetcorn, cheese, mayo and coriander - with an old "Father Brown"...

And a pick me up at tea time post WFH, via Anne's best in the world Spag Bog...

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" also entertained tonight, along with "Brooklyn Nine Nine"...

Now, what's this?

A wee take on Anne's progressing work...

There we go...

Thinking about my mum tonight...

We cannot visit and cannot contact directly...

Hope she will be OK...

A call to the ward tomorrow...

Lowlight of the Day : Mum back in hospital at the worst time ever...
