After yesterday's record playing, I am already down to just £1.61 per play, for each record I've listened to, so far, on the new turntable...

Today though, I was playing the classical discs purchased yesterday...

And, some further piling and filing was being undertaken...

Then an attempt at cleaning the fire but we could not work out quite how to dismantle it enough to do so...

Attempt abandoned...

Out to my mum's...

...and taught her how to fix her TV herself if it ever came to it (which it undoubtedly will)...

The catchphrase was "get your thumbs ready"...

Don't ask...

In the evening, a good "Dr Who", while "Star Trek", which has been moved to an ungodly hour, was taped for later viewing...
