Out this morning for breakfast at Pattisserie Florentin, before a wee walk round the market...

...and a visit to the Shelter shop...

There were five CDs of Simpson's quartets but the other four were "Made in the UK by PDO" notorious for becoming bronzed and unplayable due to a historical fault in PDO's production processes back in the 80's and 90's - so they were, with regret, eschewed...

Back home, there were eggs...

There was also some rehearsing of Cloudland Blue Quartet songs...

..and, later on, post a visit to my mum, tasty vegetable lasagne, featuring aubergine and spinach...

...and a visit from Fang the Mercenary Black Cat...

Later on still , "Line of Duty" continued to be probably our fave thing on TV right now...

And, once again, the weekend was over...
