All in all, it wasn't as good as I'd expected - there was too much of the original music left in the score and the choreography, while good, was a little repetitive...
Still a good night out though...
Capped off by a visit from Fang on our return home...

They'd had the car all week, insisting, despite the massive wobble and huge pull up required re the hand brake that, because their mechanic could pull it far enough up to hold the car on a hill, they did not need to repair it...
Seldom have I been so angry but, when I have, it has been in the past at Arnold Clark...
Suffice to say, after I went off on one, in 10 minutes the brake was fixed...
10 minutes - they had the car for a week and they had to give us a gas guzzling replacement...
Fucking incompetence to the nth degree...
Parked and location provided to Anne for a later in the day pick up...
At lunch time to Fopp...
Cheered myself up with this hitherto unknown jazz man - very interesting late 50's early 60's jazz/North Africa crossover...

In the evening, a meet with Anne, who advised the light on the dashboard which Arnold Clark said they'd fixed (without annoying me) was back on...

Anyway, to a nice pizza place opposite the Festival Theatre, then, in to see "Pepperland" with music, based on "Sgt Pepper", by Ethan Iverson, late of the Bad Plus; and choreography by Mark Morris...
