Breakfast on the balcony again - why not?
This time to the Merkurberg with its Funicular...
We could almost see our apartment...
...and we could see one of the towers pictured this morning from the balcony...
Time to go the last few feet up the tower...
This picture will never be taken by anyone else, ever...
...due to the cloud...
Back down for some sustenance, noting this Roman sculpture of Mercury, after whom the hill is named...
This wee chum wanted some...
Overhead, the hang-gliders were hanging and gliding...
A walk in the woods...
...before we descended...
...and decided to walk back into town...
Looking back...
...and forward...
...and, soon, home...
Back into town, this the temperature post 5pm...
Anne did not like the look of this wee man at the door of the not visited Hofbrauhaus...
More walking about in the too hot sun, accompanied now by the moon...
...and spicy wraps for tea...
...the chips being, perhaps, a step too far...
A walk home...
...for coffee on the balcony...
...as the sun went down...
...and the moon came up...
Lovely...
Today's artwork, "The Slumbering Exec Producer"...
Highlight of the Day : The view from the hill...
Breakfast on the balcony again - why not?
...and to the bus stop again...
...for another trip...
This time to the Merkurberg with its Funicular...
The views from the top were spectacular...
We could almost see our apartment...
...and we could see one of the towers pictured this morning from the balcony...
Time to go the last few feet up the tower...
...using the lift...
...from which the views were even more spectacular...
This picture will never be taken by anyone else, ever...

Back down for some sustenance, noting this Roman sculpture of Mercury, after whom the hill is named...
Anne went for the old Apple Strudel, with, of course, ice cream and cream...
...and had scoffed the lot before my order even arrived...
...that being white sausages and oven fresh pretzel with sweet mustard...
Yum...
This wee chum wanted some...
Overhead, the hang-gliders were hanging and gliding...
A walk in the woods...
...led us to their take off meadow...
It was super roasting...
...and so an Apfelschorle and a Radler were required...
...before we descended...
...and decided to walk back into town...
Looking back...
...and forward...
A good decision to walk, otherwise, we would not have found this "water art paradise"...
Onward...
...and, soon, home...
...for a rest, with views of apples...
Back into town, this the temperature post 5pm...
Anne did not like the look of this wee man at the door of the not visited Hofbrauhaus...
...but I liked this book shop next door...
...purchasing this 6CD box for just four of your European Euros...
More walking about in the too hot sun, accompanied now by the moon...
The Mummelsee is depicted at the Trinkhalle...
Coffees at the casino...
...and spicy wraps for tea...
...the chips being, perhaps, a step too far...
A walk home...
...for coffee on the balcony...
...as the sun went down...
...and the moon came up...
Lovely...
