Decided today to compile new playlists of each of the annual 120 albums noted in each of my albums of the month listings from 2003 to date...

Idiot...

I spent much time today re 2003, ripping albums I found were not on my iTunes already - in the main, multiple disc classical box sets...

In the afternoon, badly limping re the knee scenario, out to Roslin with drummer/bassist Keith to drummer Johnny's place with, for the first time, guitarist Stu, for a four man song session lasting around 2.5 hours, during which we clattered through 22 songs...

It sounded no bad...

I had intended to record it for posterity but thought there was something wrong with my recording set up...

I'd forgotten that the earbuds I was wearing, due to giving my Grado headphones to Keith, as he'd forgotten his, did not work with the recording machine...

The one song we did record had turned out fine, when I listened back at home having dropped Keith off...

Oh well...

We will reconvene next month...
