A, shall we say, "discussion" today, including a poll, on the Twitter, re exactly how LPs and CDs ought to be ordered...
For me, it's always been right to left - it just seemed natural due to the way in which the titles are printed on the spines...
It seems while I am right, almost everyone else is wrong...
Here's an excerpt from my LP collection...
You have to tip your head to the right to read the titles, therefore it seems logical that the order should be that, by which, if the records were stored in such a way as you were to be able to read a list of titles from top to bottom, they'd be in alphabetical order...
Therefore, it has to be right to left...
