And so today, I said goodbye to my kind of right hand lady of almost the last 20 years, Margaret...

A bit of a do at the Man's...

All were gathered awaiting the entry...

...to a fairly badly kept secret...

Your correspondent attempted to condense 20 years into five minutes in his speech...

...and then, the carousing began...

Margaret is going to be doing some babysitting...

Chums from beyond the environs of The Man were also in attendance...

I attempted to record attendees...

Hugo and Gursharn...

...but some were reluctant...

Marta and Colette...

...and, while some appeared enthusiastic...

Gavin and Barry...

...true feelings were also revealed,,.

Yuill and Spike...

Mark and (Prog Rock) Willie...

Alan and your correspondent...

Gary, Kris and Keith...

Margaret and her family...

An excellent do...

Margaret also enjoyed the slide show I'd prepared...

..and the presence of the next two generations...

..and shrugged off the wearing of the same top by chum Christine...

Later, some remained not keen to be recorded...

...and the drink was flowing...

Your correspondent with Helena and Marta...

Young Ellie liked Mr CBQ's attempt at a handshake...

Eventually, my work on the music was appreciated - granted rather a lot of liquid had had to be imbibed...

So much so that, four hours in, new supplies had to be secured...

Late on, the last few stragglers tried to ensure none of the very tasty catering went to waste...

...and partners arrived to take people home...

By this time, Margaret was long gone...

End of an era indeed...

...but an excellent send off...

Home, chauffeured by the EP...

Worse for wear...

Highlight of the Day : Margaret's leaving do...

Are all these people financial wizards? Hope so. Looks like a great party.
