Back home, and my first purchase of 2015, the box of complete Beethoven string quartets by The Lindsays, had arrived (seen here with my long-standing Medici Quartet set - enjoyed on the cans throughout today)...
8CDs in perfect condition for 82p plus £1.26 postage - unbelievable..
The same set is now going for almost £500 on Amazon - albeit a Japanese seller...
Weird...
Wonderful music though and, also tonight, music by ten Holt found and enjoyed and an order made...
Meanwhile, the prawn and chorizo pasta, postponed from last night, was excellent and we were also cheered by the return of "Death in Paradise"...
Lights out again with Beethoven...
