Messages first thing to Jamie's wife Suzy and to nephew Andy, advising Keith and I have decided to continue working together...
Full support from Suzy and, as ever, no response from the nephew...
Attempts too to get Creek back together (for the umpteenth time - umpteenth attempt as opposed to actual success)...
Listening back today to the tape of the final Capital Models night together - already over five weeks gone...
Forgot to get Euros at lunchtime re an upcoming Italian trip so went later on and, by the time I got home Anne was off to Zumba...
Meanwhile the last of my "Richter Splurge" CDs had arrived - this the only one fully of Richter (three string quartets - the music that turned me on to him in the first pace)...
However, the disc also includes just under 10 minutes of Mozart...
I am not complaining - because this disc is superb...
Post Anne's return, some tasty trout, sprout and cabbage based tea nourished, post a fasting day...
And we enjoyed the first of a new three parter "Prey" with John Simm - followed by the very final episode of "Rev" - which was just a tad depressing all told...
Not to worry...
Back to the quartets...
