Up at seven and working mainly on getting "stuff" up to date...

At 9:40, with Anne to Jane and Bobby's...

..to pick up Bobby and the kids for today's Cup Final in Glasgow...

By eleven we had parked around a mile from the stadium... 

...and caught a train back into the City Centre...

There was much excitement...

At Central Station, a performance ensued...

Then, to Fopp...

..where the new Ke$ha album was purchased along with a couple of other things...

Through the rain...

...and noting some characters...

..we enjoyed lunch at La Vita off George Square...

Then, back to the station and a packed train back to the car - Olly flashing his Hearts strip...

..and Kitty in charge of sweets...

Items deposited or picked up...

..then a 20 minute walk to the stadium, past the police horses...

...and in...

Hearts started well, scoring after 10 minutes...

But it went a bit quiet once St Mirren equalised, got a second from the kick off of the second half and then a third...

Hearts hit the bar, got a a second with five minutes to go, then hit the post - but it wasn't to be...

We weren't too despondent all things told and drove home enjoying the new Ke$ha album...

..to be greeted at Jane and Bobby's by Jane, Rafa the Dog and Anne & Janes' mum... 

The scoreline was soon forgotten...

Home for some telly and listening, the new Kevin Eldon show "It's Kevin" being the highlight of the evening...

A good day despite the JTs not winning the cup - it's only a game after all...
