I could do that....

Playlist
Steve Harley - Stranger Comes to Town
Crimson Jazz Trio - King Crimson Songbook Vol 2
Marc Almond - Variete
Justin Currie - The Great War
Various - Positive Vibrations

And so soon, it's all over...

Up early and out for breakfast at nearby cafe by the Town hall...

...before an hour or so more of shopping...

Once again, Annie drew a blank but I made my way back to the Record Exchange, past this interesting sculpture...

I looked through every single Rock/Pop and Jazz CD they had out on display and picked up discs by Marc Almond, Justin Currie, Steve Harley and the Crimson Jazz Trio, before meeting up with Annie at the Manchester Gallery of Art at 11 for a look around the Dorothy Bohm Photography Exhibition...

It seems she's been lucky enough to have enjoyed a 70 year career of showing off her holiday snaps and pictures of people in the street - how does that happen?

As an hommage, I took this outside the gallery...

Here's one of Bohm's...

Nah, not really, I took that in France in 2006...

You can find Dorothy Bohm's work here...

I may work this photo of a non-Bohm artwork...

...into the cover for the new LP, a la...

Maybe...

Back to the hotel and checked out at midday, then walked with our bags down to Canal Street and enjoyed a leisurely lunch outside in the sun at Via...

...before catching our train home at 2:15...

I enjoyed the new albums by Steve Harley, CJT and Marc Almond and, before we knew it, we were back in Edinburgh...

Bus home to Meg the Black Cat and to find, rather unbelievably, that Germany had thrashed Argentine 4-0...

Watched tonight's game between Paraguay and Spain - Spain were the better team and probably about shaded their 1-0 win but i thought Paraguay were very unlucky not to go through - once again Spain not firing on all cylinders but scraping through...

Good to be home and "IT Crowd", "Mock the Week" and "Big Bang Theory" also waited for us on the Tivo while "Law and Order" also entertained before we hit the sack...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : New music...
