Playlist
Up and at 'em...
...the lists of new releases that is...
First, coffee..
Quite a few of the things I partook of this morning ended up being deleted on the grounds of not being that good or never really should have bothered downloading in the first place...
C'est la vie...
Released "Variations on Fripp & Eno's "Evening Star"" to a good reception, both spinning and indeed purchasing/downloading-wise...
Which was nice...
Wasted 30 minutes too this morning trying to get my BlueTooth headphones to pair with the Samsung Phone (which acts as my MP3 player since iTunes went tits up)...
Technology is pants...
Anyway, eventually, around 10, the cyberman exited the house...
Down the hill and bus to Haymarket, followed by a walk up to Tollcross and look round a few shops there but nothing enticed...
Much walking today...
But a bus taken from Tollcross down to Hanover St then another walk along to my rendezvous...
...at the Rendezvous...
For drinks and lunch with Raymondo and Bernardo...
I too no pics of the food but I had exactly the same as when lunching here with Anne last November...
Spring Rolls...
Crispy Shredded Beef...
Banana Fritter...
Two hours later, off we went...
Raymondo home in his car, Bernie home by tram to change his trews and the head down to the Minor Injuries Unit at the Western re a troubling knee scenario...
I took a tram to the foot of Leith Walk for a further wander and look around - again to zero avail...

Home around 4:45 - and a visit from Fang...
For #CDFriday (given I have not bought any CDs in September, yet), I chose this from the myriad box sets...
Here, in focus - the Kontra Quartet, on Da Capo, with their 7CD set of Vagn Holmboe’s Complete String Quartets…
Tasty...
This evening, two things on the telly...
Scotland earning a 0-0 away draw to top seeds in our World Cup Qualifying Group, Denmark...
Old colleague to me, Raymond and Bernie, Alan was at the game (as he is at all Scotland games) and I spotted hi , top left, on the TV...
Then, we finished off the final series of "Friday Night Dinner" and the 10 year anniversary documentary - so sad about Paul Ritter...
Bed at gone midnight, with sales still pinging on my phone...
