Around midday, out and down the hill...
We met up with old chums Margaret and Glen for an afternoon of lovely food, chat and drink...
Bar Napoli was the initial venue, where spaghetti carbonara, lasagna and pizza followed soup and pate and was, in turn, followed by ice cream, all accompanied by three bottles of Pinot Grigio, before we moved on to the Hanover Tap for the remainder of the afternoon...
Good times...
Home in the dark...
...where your correspondent proceeded to fall asleep for a couple of hours due to, most likely, the ice cream...
Awoke around 9:30 for "The Madam Blanc Murders" - a particularly bad episode with dreadful acting but enjoyable nonetheless...
This was followed swiftly by bed...
