The desk was ready for action...
I was not...
Feeling a little under the weather still...
Coffee might perk me up...
The skies might perk me up...
Flowers and duck might perk me up...
None of those things did...
Luna and breakfast helped...
...and my 2004 LPs were culled again, this time to the final 30...
At 11:30, car loaded and off to do my mum's shopping...
Then, to Loanhead for a visit...
Mum had been looking for a list of addresses re Xmas cards and found sister Pam's report cards from her Primary 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 classes...
They must have taken all of 5 minutes to do...
But they are special for my mum...
In around a month's time it will be 10 years since Pam died...
Still hard to take...
Anyway, mum also found some old photos of her and dad - this, probably from the late 80's - a wedding in Glasgow - she could not remember who got married...
Then, a couple taken at the home of Sheila Kirkwood (whose funeral I attended a couple of weeks back) in 1995 - a surprise celebration re mum and dad's 40th wedding anniversary...
Dad, jersey on...
...and, later, after a couple of halves, jersey off...
Funny how mum's hair hasn't really changed that much LOL...
She couldn't work it out either...
To Roslin, feeling progressively worse as the day went on...
A run through the two sets for the 4 December gig - with as few stops and restarts as possible...
Frustratingly though, loads of mistakes still being made...
At half time...
...there was coffee...
...and cake...
Home around 5 and not feeling too well at all now...
Tea was, however, enjoyed...
...before I completely conked out...
Off to bed earlier than usual...
Programmes we might ordinarily have watched, were "taped" instead...
Weekend over once more...
