Once again up before 6...

Down for some coffee...

Podcast finished off - I only managed the first 45 minutes last night before the EP called time...

Done and uploaded...

A driech morning...

But...sausages...

Driech...

Sausages!

After breakfast was the short documentary on the making of the final season of "Schitt's Creek" - what a great show that was...

Late morning, we set off for St Andrews - It took just over 54 minutes - I know this as I took the opportunity to subject the EP to the proposed new LP...

She asked if those were all old songs - well they kind of are, I've been working on this album off and on for around 7 years...

Arrival...

...and a walk around...

...taking in the sites...

To chum Raymondo's family business for some bakery based lunch...

...followed by more walking around...

Anne was happy to be out of the house again - although she was in Fife yesterday too...

The castle...

The beach...

The university (to be fair you could probably take a picture of just about any building in the town and it'd have some connection or other to the university, or to golf)...

The university, again...

A nice old shop...

More walking around - in kind of circles and zig-zagging around - in all there are really only around four parallel streets in the old town...

The abbey loomed...

Another church...

A look in some of the many charity shops produced these two for one of your pounds sterling...

Turns out, I have 16 of the 20 tracks on this on another Motown/Beatles compilation...

Oh well...

We found a nice wee designer place, Spoiled Life Store, that served good coffees...

After a further short walk around, we headed for Anstruther, with the intention of some Fish & Chips for tea...

We first stopped off in Crail...

...and took a walk around...

...and down to the harbour...

It was a little stormy...

Goal achieved...

...and then, back to the car - to find Queen of the South had been thrashed at home, 5-2, by Raith Rovers..

The mighty Queens have zero points from two games, having narrowly lost away at Ayr last week...

Oh well...

Anne did not like the fact that Raith's last goal put them above Hearts on goal difference...

A long drive home ensued,...

We didn't stop at Anstruther, or anywhere else, and we did drive past Raith's ground in Kirkcaldy, Starks Park...

And tea was indeed Fish & Chips, secured though from the local Fish & Chippery, Roberto's...

An evening of Anne watching "Strictly" while I listened to the two new CDs and found both to be good, followed...

A long but good day...

Highlight of the Day : A visit to St Andrews...
