An enjoyable day's listening today - here the featured LPs...

My No1 singles from 1973 and 1982 featured strongly and, late on, some tasty classical stuff - sometimes you have to be in the mood - tonight it seems I was...

Tasty salmon with free chips plus peas and cabbage for tea plus banana with Greek yoghurt...

Elsewhere, arrangements being made for Sunday's upcoming Capital Models session - we will be a quartet in bassist Keith's absence and so your correspondent will be bassist for the day - some rehearsing is required, as we've introduced a few new songs not played before, other than once by me and drummer Johnny, or in the previous incarnation with Jamie, Keith and Andy...

Should be good...

Or a train wreck...

On telly, "Holby City" on at a very civilised 9pm tonight and back at the top of its game...

In football, after being thumped at home 3-0 on satirday by Motherwell in the league Cup, Queens faced ,lowly "neighbours" Annan Athletic and looked to be cruising at 3-1 at half time...

At full time?

3-3 but Queens gained the extra point 5-4 on penalties...

Not the best...

And, finally, I forgot to go and see The Physics House Band last night - and so, instead enjoyed their music on headphones at home...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day :  Music prep...
