...and listening to some new stuff and writing this up for the last three days - it's so easy to get behind...

Breakfast at home...

Then, out to B&Q to pick up some further insulation stuff for the attic, now the tanks are gone...

Into said attic and some tidying and removing of a plethora of "bits of wood"...

...one of which had this "accidental painting " on it from my last session a few years ago now...

This arrived in the post -  a tasty 4CD box of music for throughout the year...

In the afternoon, while Anne watched the Ladies Teenis Final from Wimblydon, I recorded and uploaded this week's podcast...

A visit from Fang the Black Cat...

...brought in by Anne to be distracted and to keep him from stealing Rory Custard's food - Anne is looking after Rory Custard for a week or so...

Some comedy and drama enjoyed on the Tivo in the sape of "Ackley Bridge", "Brooklyn Nine Nine", "The Good Place" and "The Other Two"...

Tasty chicken pasta dish for tea and some more listening...

Late on, a not well known but very enjoyable Simon Pegg vehicle from 2015, "Man Up" also entertained...
