First thing, to the computer and finalising the podcast...

Uploaded to Podcast Machine and then on to here...

Breakfast at home, accompanied by, at times some tough going, Bill Frisell...

Then, some sorting out...

Putting various artist compilations into order...

In the afternoon, with Anne out at Kitty's annual dance show, more sorting, this time of the rock, jazz and reggae box sets...

Also, after noting having tried a couple of years ago to obtain the Tubes lost album, "Suffer for Sound", I'd made a note to try again, this time using that cheeky wee piece of software that allows me to turn Youtube videos into MP3s...

Success on a plate...

The album rocks - can't see why A&M turned it down - interesting to note though that not one of the ideas there made it to their Capitol debut just a year later...

Also listened to the second disc of the new Transatlantic album - covers which sound almost exactly like the originals...

Not really sure what the point is of that...

Says the man who wastes so much of his own time on pointless projects...

Fun nonetheless - as are my own pointless projects - most of the time...

In footie, Queens drew at home to Hamilton coming from behind, while Hearts are very nearly in QoS's league, failing to obtain any points once again in a 4-2 defeat at Kilmarnock...

Meanwhile Anne was struggling to get home due to all the rugby tubes making their way to Murrayfield for the international with France...

A curry was concocted once again by the Exec Producer once she'd made it back...

..and, as we sat down to eat...

...Scotland managed to blow it, their coach not having learned from their previous win that you really, really need to have a drop goal specialist in your side, who can score three points at the drop of a hat, or indeed, a ball...

Not to worry, it's only a game...

Added more albums to the new iPod, now back to the beginning of 2012...

Later on the family settled down in the living room to finish off the day with four episodes on the trot of "Salamander", followed by some late night listening and surfing and sleeping...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Anne's curry of course...
