In the last couple of days I have come across two unfortunate birds, a seagull and a blackbird, both done for by traffic...

In a city, there's really no need for birds to be hit by cars...

Hailstones on the way home - on the 16th day of May...

It snowed in edinburgh on the 1st of June 1975...

This evening, the very welcome return of "Silk" was looked forward to and duly enjoyed by your correspondent, his Exec Producer and their cat...

Later on, some time was spent changing the look of this here tome of drivel...
