Up at 5:30 and more downloading...

Around 40 albums today all told – and that excludes 15 or so which failed due to a dodgy internet connection...

Meg the Black Cat helped out as usual...

Into the loft and stuff taken to the dump including the not that old but totally useless Kodak printer complete with £20 worth of ink just installed...

Shopping at Tesco...

Home for lunch and “Loose Women” was on – this programme gives women a bad name...

More downloading this afternoon and out and about with Annie...

Vanilla slices were purchased and enjoyed back home with coffee as we started watching the second series of “The Killing”...

Re-learned my 1989 song “August” following it having featured on the Sombre Reptiles birthday CD played ceremoniously yesterday for Annie’s birthday...

At 5, the Exec Producer was off for a double of Zumba and Keep Fit while stayed at home hunched over the PC filling in gaps...

I particularly enjoyed Starcastle – a group I’ve known about since the late seventies but never heard – their three albums joined the collection today and I was so impressed, I had to e-mail Dr Prog about them...

On Anne’s return, haggis and potatoes nourished while the second episode of “The Killing” entertained...

As mentioned above, a goodly number of downloads failed...

Nonetheless, I emptied the most recent 60GB jukebox and started loading in all the albums downloaded since the start of the year which fitted the criterion of “an album I once owned on vinyl” – to which will be added other “albums I once owned on vinyl” from the various hard drives...

Correspondence with China commenced today re a recently purchased and, until now, unmentioned machine which is, as they say, not fit for purpose...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : New old music...

Hey, Sandcastle sound like Jon and Vangelis, don't you think?
Do you download stuff of tinernet now instead of buying cd's.
Hope you're good.

i thought they sounded more like Yes but given Anderon is in the mix i can see where you're coming from...
