Up at 6...
...and working on preparation to get this updated (recently I seem not to have had time to do this during the week, meaning I often have 7 entries to get through at the weekend and then can't recall what I was up to, despite photographic evidence), whilst recording this week's podcast - very last minute - and ripping yesterday's new acquisitions and, if that wasn't enough, downloading some new music too...
This included both the Italian and Spanish version of Laura Pausini's new album - which I will, of course, obtain physically in the fullness of time...
Anyway, re the podcast, done just in time and uploaded, before driving to Podiatrist Helen's for my eight weekly or so treatment..
Helen and Suzy were having a sort out of their cups and donated this to me - I do like an oversized coffee cup...

Helen and Suzy were having a sort out of their cups and donated this to me - I do like an oversized coffee cup...
Then, quickly on into town briefly, to pick up some stuff needed for later today...
Home around 9:20, to find the Exec Producer up and prepping what turned out to be a fine breakfast, although beans were deemed to be a step too far...
Added the podcast to my Twitter (and, therefore, Facebook) time line and noted snow outside...
The Edinburgh Festival programme arrived - Anne marked off a few initial items - we intend to stay i Edinburgh this year and spend our flights and accommodation budget on event tickets...
No guitaring was done today...
In the afternoon, took Anne to her mum's from where they went to Tynecastle to see Hearts beat Partick Thistle 3-0 (Queens drubbed 3-1 in Dumfries for the second time this week, St Mirren taking over from where Dundee Utd had left off on Tuesday)...
A visit to see Bob's best chum Kenny and wife Jane - their neighbour's cat, Frankie, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Meg the Black Cat, was also in attendance...
Home too late to visit my mum so a call and an early morning stop by arranged for tomorrow...
More work at home before Anne came back, delighted at the win...
We watched the Hearts game on BBC Alba, up to the point where the third goal went in - with the sound down, whilst enjoying some music in the living room...
Fang the Black Cat took refuge from the cold and spent the evening with us...
...as we enjoyed an Indian takeaway and nit-picked our way through two episodes of "Marcella"...
And so, today's artwork is "Future Edification"...
Lights out...
Highlight of the Day : Getting stuff done...
