Up stupidly early but the unmentioned ongoing lurgi refused to allow further sleep...

And so, the podcast was uploaded - I was advised that it would be unavailable in the USA due to more than 4 tracks by the same artist (ambient Articology, by whom I was featuring six short pieces of ambient goodness)...

A further USA version was created and also uploaded...

Pictures of speakers were doing the rounds...

Here, my trusty Mission 761s...

At nine, drove with Anne over to Easter Rd for her dental appointment, during which I hung about like a shifty person, posted a present to new Grandnephew Wee Lackie and bought a new bag - this last act went unnoticed by the Exec Producer...

It is big enough to carry records...

It will most likely never be used to do so...

Breakfast at new to us Mo Beans...

...accompanied by cafe dog, Nuno...

The porridge was very tasty with its seeds and honey...

And the coffee was that, you know, "speciality" coffee with the slightly licoricey taste...

There were interesting views from the back window, including a white cat (unpictured) and a naked man at his window - as you do...

Home, and noting selfish parking...

Just after 12, over to Jane and Bobby's to watch Ross County and Hearts play out a dissatisfying 1-1 draw...

A tasty roll was provided - Olly watched with us - Kitty did not appear from her 14 year old girl's bedroom, where she was ensconced with her phone...

It occurs to me that, unlike the rest of her family, she has very little interest in sport - which may be part of the reason she spends much of her time in her 14 year old girl's bedroom, ensconced with her phone...

That plus she is a 14 year old girl in 2018...

Back home, Mia was being cute...

...and Queen of the South were drawing 1-1 with Morton - even Morton appeared to agree that Stephen Dobbie had scored a winner from his own half but no official was up with the play and so it was recorded as an excellent save - later in the day Queens seemed to concur the save rather than goal outcome...

Such is football...

It also seemed my oldest hard drive had finally given up the ghost - which prompted me to do some backing up of other files - a further large hard drive is required due to the amount of stuff I have...

However, later, I discovered it was the power lead that was goosed, not the hard drive...

Which was good...

Further space is still required though...

In the evening, took Anne to chum Michelle's, from where they were heading to Fife for a, by all accounts, very enjoyable evening of good food and retro sounds...

Your correspondent made his own tea, watched "Spy", listened to music and, generally mucked about doing nothing of import, before picking Anne back up from Michelle's around 12:30am...

Mia spent much of the evening snoozing in her donut...

Today's artwork, "Blue Saucer Red Cup Good Coffee"...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Hard drive not goosed...
