More downloading...

As usual Meg the Black Cat helped...

Breakfast at home before some much needed tidying of the attic...

A trip to the dump with a car full of old boxes for things we no longer own...

...in the full knowledge that the house itself would be no more tidy for our efforts...

The attic looks a bit better though......

Post the dump run and some lunch shopping at Tesco, the shout went up from Anne that there was a problem with her netbook...

Much of the rest of the day spent in frustration trying to sort it without actually having a Scooby what I was doing...

As a consequence, it remains unsorted...

In the evening, we drove to Armadale to visit Meg’s ex-mum, Julia...

...where an excellent time was had...

Tasty salad...

Tasty cottage pie....

A break in the candle-lit living room...

Tasty apple based tart type thingy (with lovely custard) - made from scratch while we chatted...

More drinks in the candle-lit living room...

Good chat...

Good times...

Home around eleven or so - Rory Custard was out and about...

“Match of the Day” then lights out...

Highlight of the Day : A visit to Julia’s...
