Some "work" today changing the selection of CDs in the Living Room from the last 100 acquired to the last 100 to have appeared in my Monthly Top Ten...

Then, listening to this King Crimson LP - released 45 years ago yesterday...

It was reviled at the time for its sonic quality but, today, sounded rather good...

There was the almost inevitable visit from Tiger...

...and the almost inevitable visit to my mum...

She was asleep and drugged up when I arrived but soon came round and much enjoyed the chocolate mousse her favourite son had brought...

I got her up and walking...

...but she did not make it to the corridor...

...or outside...

She has a few more weeks in hospital ahead of her I believe...

Home and the shelf update finalised...

In the evening, with England 1-0 up against Scotland at Hampden, I headed into town...

A text from Anne advised an equaliser with a free kick by Griffiths - a couple of minutes later, another text advised Scotland were in the lead with another free kick by Griffiths...

I enquired as to time left...

1 minute plus 4 minutes injury time...

It was therefore inevitable that Scotland would not win...

A 2-2 draw ensued...

My reason for heading to town was this...

The views from the office this evening...

...in the company of Dr Prog...

The projections would be projected and we required the glasses for the full 3D effect...

...which, of course, does not quite reveal itself in photographs - nonetheless, here are a few...

Spacelab...

Tonight's venue...

The "band"...

The Model...

Autobahn...

Blasts from the past...

Radioactivity...

Tour de France...

The beast was about its business, enjoying old electronic music brought up to date...

Trans Europe Express...

The end...

The first encore...

...performed by robots...

The second encore...

Boing, boom, tschak...

Electric cafe...

After around 2.5 hours, the boys left the stage one by one...

My third Kraftwerk concert, 1991, 2004, 2017...

I wonder if I'll see them again in 2030...

Out into the night and home...

Boing boom tschak indeed...

Highlight of the Day : Kraftwerk...
