Some TV was watched and some music was listened to but, to be honest, this was another of those days about which, just a couple of days later when i come to write about it, I can remember very little indeed...

So, lights out...

No, wait, I spent some considerable time recording this week's podcast - I also took a walk to the grocery store to purchase lunch provisions...

And I did not visit my mum, sister Sheila having offered to do so...

Now, lights out...
