Continuing to hone...

Playlist
Capital Models - Last Night's Rehearsal Tapes
The Velvet Underground - VU
The Velvet Underground - Max's Kansas City
The Tubes - The Tubes
Turnage - Fractured
Turnage - Music to Hear

Frost again this morning...

...and mist around the cathedral...

The tapes from last night listened to and probably even better than it seemed at the time - sadly I could not locate our cracking version of Avicii's "Wake Me Up"...

Keyboard wiz, Nephew Andy is off to the Far East on Friday for a couple of weeks but the trio of oldies will continue to hone in his absence...

On the way home, a lift from the Exec Producer to the post depot to pick up a couple of things - a duplicate of a recently created , ordered and received 2014 calendar featuring views of our German trip and a Velvets CD on which the wrong stamp had been placed (adding a third to the price I paid)...

Back home, further parcels had arrived - another CD by the Velvets and two by Turnage (purchases inspired by last week's ballet)...

...and supplies of potential packaging for the new album...

Looks promising...

In between ripping and listening to the new stuff (and the old stuff), an excellent fiery chili from Anne plus Tivo'd first episode of the third series of "Fresh Meat" and the last of six of "By Any Means", which do I hope will make a return...

It has a whiff of the much lamented "Spooks" about it...

Highlight of the Day : Hot Chili...
