Up at around 6:15 and working on something or other which evades me now - possibly adding artwork to iTunes - this is how etc etc...
Mid morning, a call to advise new curtains for the dining room were ready...
A drive through town to the curtain emporium and a quick shop on the way back re ingredients for tasty soup for this evening and for a quick lunch too...
I'd just like to mention that, at one point today, I found myself watching "Peter Andre's 60 Minute Makeover"...
Anyway, Anne did a sterling job re the new curtains, while I removed various items previously screwed into the back door (still there - for the last time - in these pics)...
Meg the Black Cat helped with the, mainly bread, cereal and broccoli based, shopping...
Some considerable time today spent reading Nick Mason's Pink Floyd biography...
Funny how I can just rip through some books while others I buy with good intentions and they languish on the shelf...
Maybe it's because I'm actually interested in this one...
And it's a right rivetting read...
In the evening, picked up by nephew Andy (back from a great time in Thailand - effectively his honeymoon with lovely wife, Tori) and round to Keith's for the seventh Capital Models rehearsal re our Xmas Covers Gig...
Three and a half hours of rehearsing, then home to bed...
