Went to bed with Chicago and started the day with Eno at half speed...

A walk to Fopp at lunchtime led to the Grandaddy album coming into the collection...

Love their chord sequences and vocals (the EP not so keen on the vocals)...

...along with two albums by Tame Impala "sister band", Pond - rockin'...

Grandaddy soundtracked a drive into town this evening...

...as we returned to The Festival Theatre...

...this time for the brilliant comedy of Mr Stewart Lee...

..and his latest show, "Content Provider"...

We have sen him countless times over the last, probably, twenty years - and it's always good to see him outwith the Edinburgh Fringe, as he's not trying stuff out and he plays for double the time and then some...

For me, this was possibly the best he's ever been...

No spoilers though - which means, when I read this back in years to come, I'll have forgotten what was said - however, this (from Hamburg last June on the day of the Brexit referendum) might jog my memory...

Out into the dark...

...and home to add another CD to the collection via the Random Number Generator - I do like this...

A coupe of things on the Tivo and then, bed...

Highlight of the Day : Stewart Lee...
