Rather a lot of music listened to today, this was because I eschewed the golf trip as I wouldn't be playing juts watching and I wasn't feeling exactly 100% after yesterday...

Post a tasty breakfast which included Coco Pops and a freshly made omelette, as the guys headed off in taxis, I made my way into town...

...noting this wee monkey on the way....

The beast was about its business in Puerto Banus...

My target was El Corte Inglese, Spain's largest department store chain...

I spent around two hours just going through their CD selection...

I made four purchases, seen here back at the hotel...

Zahara is singer on whom I took a chance last year re her then latest album - this is earlier, from 2011...

I took a chance this year on this young man...

...and this Spanish of Danish/English descent singer...

...and found the Spanish version of Laura Pausini's last but one LP...

A further wander....

...and then to the restaurant...

...the map I'd been given at the hotel included a voucher for a free glass of wine and tapa at the store...

Tasty...

...and good views...

Out for a walk around the town...

...eventually finding myself back at the store and took a further look around...

Then, I stared back to the hotel, walking along the beach...

Meanwhile, this was the scene back home, as advised by the Exec Producer...

Oh dear...

Some pebbles were partaken of, here, in situ - with apologies for the out of focus first...

...and here, back in the room...

The beast was about its business on the shores of the Mediterranean...

Back to the hotel...

The golf, apparently, was going super slowly, due to not very good players in front of our party...

Leaving my phone to charge, I popped out for a further wander in the hot sun...

When I came back I realised my rookie eror - taking my keycard out the wall cut off the electricity supply - consequently, my phone remained uncharged...

Oh well...

Some of the art around the hotel was pictured...

...and a lie down by the pool was enjoyed...

..before returning to the room to charge up and catch some handball on the TV...

The golfers finally returned just after six and we readied ourselves for this evening's outing...

...under a big moon...

Another tasty meal at the port...

With good chat and much fun...

Eventually, we departed, leaving behind a wee bit of a mess...

Eschewing the chance of further drinking and carousing, around midnight, Raymondo, Prog Rock Willie and your worn out correspondent made their way back to the hotel...

Here the two blurry companions stride on ahead as I pictured the pool...

To bed after packing...

Highlight of the Day : Shopping and carousing...
