Playlist

Up and "working", listening back to some new records and writing this up...

Then, breakfast...

Forty Five years ago today, I played my last gig with the original Capital Models...

Post breakfast, out to the dump, with residue from the new floor project...

Home and, shortly thereafter, and after a bowl of lovely freshly home made soup, down the hill and a bus to the cathedral...

Today, 17 year old William Guo, accompanied on piano by Director of Music at St Mary's Music School, John Cameron...

They were ready...

I was ready...

...and a superb recital of Beethoven's Sonata for Piano & Violin in C Minor and Stravinsky's Divertimento from "Le Baiser de la fee" ensued...

No CDs today but I did find this...

It took an hour on the bus to get home from there...

This evening, while Anne cooked, I decided to finally watch Brian & Roger Eno at the Acropolis...

A couple of songs we did at Fopp earlier this month were played "for real"...

A tasty tea...

...before "Repair Shop" and "The Great British Sewing Bee" for Anne, while I listened to a few more of yesterday's new CDs...

Ended the day with two episodes of  "Cold Case" - just one to go till the end of Season 2...

Bed at midnight...

Highlight of the Day : Recital...
